This event can be called a cultural festival to be held in April by the Sinhala and Tamil people. According to astrology, the Sun transits from Pisces to Aries, known as the Sinhala New Year. Even before the New Year comes, the environment become beautiful. Birds fly to eat ripe fruit. Koha’s wonderful song captures us. The whole environment is like a divine garden.
